When you arrive in the United States, Medliant will be here to assist you to settle into your new life, particularly during your first week. Your representative will help you and your family with essential tasks, such as applying for a Social Security card, opening a bank account, applying to a credit union (auto loan, unsecured credit card), applying for your driver's license, settling you into your housing, assistance in registering your children in school, etc.. Supportive Recruitment Process
Setting up our international nurses for success, Medliant will guide and advise you on:
- NCLEX review, study materials, and training assistance
- U.S. state initial R.N. licensure application
- Sponsor and pay for your Green Card
- VisaScreen certification
- Other immigration requirements
- Assistance in R.N. licensure endorsement
International Nurse Documentary Requirements
- Nursing school diploma and transcript of records
- U.S. state nursing license or notification of passing the NCLEX-RN examination
- Nursing licenses from the country of previous and current employment
- Certificates of training/seminars
- Letters of employment from former and current employment verifying R.N. experience
- Current resume
Qualifications for Sponsorship
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Actively working as an R.N. in an acute care hospital setting for the past 12 consecutive months at the time of application
- Fluent in English
- Successful completion of the CGFNS Certification Program or passage of NCLEX-RN examination
- Successful completion of either the TOEFL iBT or IELTS
- In total compliance with U.S. immigration and U.S. state licensing requirements
