While you need just 12 months of clinical experience to apply with Medliant, the process from application to arriving in the USA will usually take at least 9-18 months (sometimes longer for depending on backlogs with specific countries). This means that you will continue to get the remaining 24 months of hospital experience that you need while Medliant begins your application.
